Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you create an account, place an order, contact support, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit a refund request, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, order details, and any messages, photos, or videos you send us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Shopify and its payment processors). Card numbers and bank details are submitted directly to that processor and are not stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we automatically receive your IP address, device and browser type, language, time zone, referring URL, pages viewed, items clicked, and approximate location, through cookies, log files, pixels, and similar technologies.

• Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and customer service.
• Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and transactional emails.
• Verify identity, prevent fraud, and screen orders for risk.
• Respond to questions and refund claims.
• Send marketing emails about new products, promotions, and content — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any marketing email.
• Improve the Site, measure performance, and personalize what you see.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Zunova operates as a storefront on top of Shopify, and our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (primarily CJ Dropshipping). Some of the parties below act as independent controllers of your data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

We share personal information only with the parties needed to operate our store:

• Shopify — our e-commerce platform and checkout provider. Shopify processes your order, payment, and account data under its own terms and privacy policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy).
• CJ Dropshipping and other fulfillment partners — to source, pack, and ship your order. They receive only the data needed (name, shipping address, contact details, items ordered) and handle that data under their own privacy policies.
• Carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for delivery and tracking updates.
• Email and infrastructure providers for transactional and marketing emails, hosting, and analytics. This includes the platform that hosts this website.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and customers.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

We use strictly necessary cookies (to keep you signed in and remember your cart), analytics cookies (to understand how visitors use the Site), and marketing cookies (to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on other platforms). You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site — especially checkout — may stop working correctly.

Because there is no industry-wide standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to them.

We keep order records, accounting data, and customer communications for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to — for example, to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and consumer-protection obligations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Data held on our behalf by Shopify, our fulfillment partners, and our hosting and email providers is retained according to their own policies. You can ask us to delete your account and associated marketing data at any time by emailing us, subject to records we are required to keep by law.

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR, and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@zunovadecor.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Because Shopify, CJ Dropshipping, our carriers, and our infrastructure providers operate globally, your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for those transfers where required by law.

We use HTTPS across the Site, restrict access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and rely on PCI-compliant payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the latest revision. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site or by email.
