Terms of Service

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have permission from a parent or legal guardian) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when checking out or creating an account.

We work hard to display product colors, dimensions, finishes, and specifications accurately, but minor variations can occur due to monitor calibration, manufacturing batches, and natural materials. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly in tone, grain, or shade.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated and may change at any time without notice. We may correct typographical errors in pricing or descriptions and, if a clear pricing error occurs, cancel or refuse the affected orders.

Stock levels depend on our suppliers and are not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a backorder or a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline any order for any reason — including suspected fraud, address mismatches, reseller activity, or shipping restrictions. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email; charge authorization alone does not constitute acceptance.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment processors under their own terms. You authorize us and those processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Shipping timelines, eligibility for refunds, and the steps to start a claim are described in our Shipping & Refunds and Refunds & Damage Claims pages, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, processing and delivery times depend on those suppliers and the carriers they use, and may vary.

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, photography, logos, product imagery, the Zunova name and marks, and the overall look and feel — are owned by Zunova or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect content or personal data through automated means.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in reviews.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any other person, customer, or staff member.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, reviews, photos, or other content ("Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display them in connection with our business. You confirm that your Submissions are your own and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

The Site may link to third-party sites, products, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link does not imply endorsement. Review those parties' terms before transacting with them.

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zunova and its officers, employees, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zunova and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to where Zunova operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country or state of residence. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved on an individual basis (no class actions) in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
